knitting

comprehensive patterns, designed by Adrienne Thomas, featuring the luminous hand dyed, natural yarns of sister studios, Fleece Artist and Handmaiden

kits include pattern and sufficient yarn, with a small allowance for knitting variances

knitting with multicoloured yarns - although dyed at the same time, each skein of yarn is a different colour, this is the nature of the dye technique and that, which gives its character - some skeins have more dramatic variations and with these you may prefer to avoid colour pooling, work with two or more balls at the same time, alternating them throughout - if you prefer the skeins to stand-alone, select where to place each, one for the main body, another for the sleeves or simply start a new skein whenever and wherever one runs out - please experiment to be satisfied before committing to the final work
