hand knitting projects designed by Adrienne Thomas
featuring the luminous hand dyed, natural yarns of our sister studios, Fleece Artist and Hand Maiden

kits contain pattern and sufficient yarn to complete the project
[plus a small allowance for knitting variances]

hand painted yarns
although dyed at the same time, each skein of yarn is a different colour - this is the nature of the dye technique and that, which gives its character
some skeins have more dramatic variations and with these you may prefer to avoid colour pooling - work with two or more balls at the same time, alternating them throughout
if you prefer the skeins to stand-alone, select where to place each - one for the main body, another for the sleeves or simply start a new skein whenever and wherever one runs out
experiment to be satisfied before committing to the final work
